PZhS unit for polarizing piezoelectric ceramic elements in liquid medium

The unit allows polarizing a wide range of piezoelectric ceramic elements made of most piezoceramic materials.

Polarized sample dimensions:
- Diameter or diagonal of a square, max 30 mm
- Height (interelectode spacing), max 8 mm

This equipment provides maximum electric field strength in piezoceramic elements due to additional insulation of interelectrode surfaces of PE with dielectric liquid, which makes it highly valuable for design and development of new piezoelectric materials and piezoceramic elements. Another important advantage is uniform heating and cooling of piezoceramic elements, which is crucial for polarizing large-size samples.

PVS-5 unit

PVS-5 unit for polarizing piezoelectric ceramic elements in air medium

PVS-5 unit uses a rotary conveyer type to polarize piezo element blanks without a liquid dielectric.

PVSK unit for polarization of large-size piezo elements made of ferrorigid materials in air medium

PVSK unit provides a chamber type polarization of large-size piezo element blanks made of ferrorigid materials without a liquid dielectric.
